  • Gentle Flow Yoga welcomes beginners and those who prefer a slower-paced practice. It is designed to be gentle on the body and mind, with a focus on relaxation, stretching, and breathing. The class typically begins with a warm-up sequence of simple flowing movements to prepare the body for the more static postures that follow. The teacher will guide students through a series of soft, therapeutic yoga poses that are linked together in a flowing sequence.

Gentle Flow Yoga is ideal for people who are new to yoga or those who prefer a more relaxed practice. It is also beneficial for people with injuries, pain, mobility issues, or health concerns.

  • Yoga for All is a Hatha-based practice accessible to everyone, regardless of age, fitness level, or experience with yoga.
